About

Serenade

At Park Central

Serenade at Park Central transforms a long-vacant 10-story tower at 300 San Mateo Blvd NE into one of Albuquerque’s few modern high-rise multifamily communities. Located within Knob Hill, the project brings new life, contemporary design, and much-needed housing to a major transit corridor at Central & San Mateo.

This residential community will offer 100 thoughtfully designed apartments, including 41 income-restricted affordable units serving households earning at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI). In partnership with the City of Albuquerque’s Metropolitan Redevelopment Agency, the project advances the city’s Housing Forward initiative, adding supply, revitalizing a key urban node, and activating a site that has long been underutilized.
